What is your attitude toward setting goals?
1 - I always achieve my goals. I have vision boards and/or written goals
that I regularly review. I feel that my goal setting strategy works for
me in every area of my life.
2 - I have some goals and dreams, but don't achieve them consistently.
Sometimes I experience amazing success and sometimes I feel like I'm stuck.
Often, I just can't get myself to do the things I know I need to do in
order to fulfill my dreams. My strategy could use some help.
3 - I think I have failed at goal setting so many times that I am frustrated
and secretively, I sometimes feel like there is no point in trying. I don't
understand why this works for others and not for me. I want to believe
that having dreams and setting goals will change my life so I keep trying.
How would you rate your self confidence?
1 - I am confident that I can achieve anything I decide to achieve. My
confidence is absolute. I always know that in every area of my life, anything
is possible.
2 - Sometimes I feel unstoppable and while at other times I lie awake
at night with nagging doubts. I have some areas of my life that seem to
be perfect and some that feel like a disaster. I want to find a way to
be equally confident and get equal results in all areas of my life.
3 - My doubts win out too much of the time. I still hold it together well
on the outside, but on the inside I spend too much time in worry and doubt.
I desperately want to feel more confident.
How would you rate your personal empowerment? This is your ability to decide what you want and then make it happen. Think of every area of your life: physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually, career, in your relationships, love life, time management, time freedom, and even your sense of personal fulfillment.
1 - I am absolutely confident that when I choose to create something different
in some area of my life that I can make it happen. I do it all the time.
I see something I want, create a vision, set a goal, create a strategy,
and make the necessary changes to achieve my goal.
2 - There is at least one area of my life that frustrates me on a regular
basis. I don't understand how I can have some parts of my life flowing
so well and others that I constantly struggle with. I think if I could
just get these troublesome area figured out, life could be perfect.
3 - I have several areas of my life where I feel powerless to make the
changes I want to make. I think I have tried everything. I sometimes experience
temporary success and then fall right back into my old patterns. I feel
stuck and I'm getting tired of trying. I need some help.
